How can I register?

I’d like to apply for financial assistance, what do I need to do?

All are welcome at Lift Jesus Higher.  Financial assistance is available for those who need it.  Please let us know at info@ljhrtoledo.com.

Requests for registration assistance must be received in writing by October 15, 2015. All determinations are based on need and are on a first come first served basis. Recipients will be notified in writing. Funds are limited. Assistance applies to the registration fee only and does not apply to housing, meals, transportation or any other fees.

Note: If the participant is selected for financial assistance, he or she will be contacted. This is the only way we can verify your acceptance of the assistance and register you in the LJHR.

Are there any discounts?

  • Those who register before October 31, 2015 and take advantage of our early bird registration rates.
  • Group discounts are available. Please contact us at info@ljhrtoledo.com for more information.

Can I bring my children to LJHR?

We love families. However, due to our staffing, facility constraints, and insurance regulations, we are unable to provide childcare during LJHR. In addition, the rooms and halls being used are not designed for young children. We would encourage you to NOT bring young children to Lift Jesus Higher. 

Can you give me information on anyone coming from my area so that I can find a person with whom I can carpool?

We are unable to provide names, addresses and phone numbers without permission from the participant. Additionally, we are unable to offer the service of connecting participants from the same locale.

What do I need to know if I have to cancel or make changes to my registration?

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your registration fee will be refunded if you submit an email, or we receive a written request before November 3rd. All refunds are subject to a $5 per person cancellation fee. Refund requests must be made in writing.

Cancellation requests can be made in writing by:

In your cancellation request, you must include your name and which LJHR you wish to cancel (i.e. (Adult/Youth). 

Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process.

How do I check the status of my refund?

Refunds may take up to four weeks to process. You can speak with any of our representatives by calling (419) 244-6711, ext. 711.

When does the LJHR begin?

Doors open at 8:00 a.m. and the LJHR begins at 8:30 a.m. Please keep in mind that the conference is open seating.

When does the LJHR end?

The LJHR ends at 5:30 p.m.

What should I bring to the LJHR?

We suggest bringing a Bible, Rosary, note pad, and writing materials. 

As the weather in Ohio is cold in November, we also suggest bringing along a sweater or other attire to keep you comfortable during the day.

Bringing along a camera is also a good idea as the day offers many opportunities to help you remember your inspiring experience.

Pay phones are a rare site in most public places today, and the Seagate Convention Center is no exception. You should remember to bring along your cell phone if you wish to keep in contact with one another while here or with loved ones back at home (please turn cell phones off or to vibrate).
